 Payment Terms:

 We accept Visa MasterCard, PayPal, or check.  Funds must clear before product is shipped against personal checks.

 Privacy Policy:

 Designer Inspirations, Inc. protects the privacy of its independent consultants and website visitors.  Any information obtained will not be distributed to any third party except for those who work on behalf of, or with Designer Inspirations, Inc. under confidentiality agreements, and have no right independent of Designer Inspirations, Inc. to share this information.

 Shipping:

 Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours.  (FOB shipping point)  Shipping cost is calculated with order and added.  All shipping is UPS.  Overnight, 2^nd day or third day shipping is available.

 Warranty:

 Designer Inspirations warrants that the products delivered hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days after the date of shipment.  Liability of Designer Inspirations for breach of any and all warranties hereunder is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective items and in no event shall Designer inspirations be liable for loss of business, loss profits or good will or other special incidental, exemplary or consequential damages.  The express warranty contained in this section shall extend to buyer only, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed implied.  Under no circumstances shall Designer Inspirations be liable for and defects resulting from wear and tear, accident, or improper use by the buyer.
